Job Function:

Responsible for the preparation of working drawings for various projects using Archicad software in all the Design phases/ aspects in coordination with the Design Team.

Job Qualifications:

• Experienced Drafters for Schematic/ Design Development stage production for both Architecture and Interior Design
• Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements & authority submission an advantage;
• Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team;
• Proactive, Hardworking and strict adherence to meeting deadlines;
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficient using Archicad, Autocad, Photoshop and MAC OS preferred
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Drawings and Presentations:

   • Create architectural and interior drawings based on sketches, building specifications and calculations.
   • Produces design presentations (Keynote/ Powerpoint)
   • Produces 2D, 3D and working drawings

2. Design Solutions:

   • Assists in the development in all phases of design
   • Assists in the preparation of technical solutions to make the design feasible.
   • Resolves minor design issues.

3. Communication:

   • Establishes and maintains a professional and effective lines of communication with the superior and other departments.
   • Communicates and listens in an appropriate and professional manner.
