Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or any related course
At least 5 years experience in Project Planning and a similar role
Must be good in planning and organizing project milestones

Internal and External Communication:
Provide key data to management to update program and project status and impact on the overall portfolio.
Estimate level, short interval, and program and project master scheduling.
Develop work breakdown structures, resource, cost, and budget plans.
Update master and sub-project plans and dependencies with new information as changes occur such as timelines and delays.
Contributes to the development of working schedules for Estimating, prior to proposal date, which sufficiently illustrates the sequence of work activities and contract time.
Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
Project Coordination:
Input updated information into the master schedule and evaluate variation reports showing changes from previously submitted schedules.
Review impacts of changes on project schedules, track interface coordination, assess schedule risks, and developing scheduling alternatives.
Interact with the project team and task managers to define the scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from the original plan.
Suggest management of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules, and client relations.
